Using the app means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, the app is not for you, and nothing is lost by closing the tab.

Untried is for adults. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. We do not ask for your date of birth and we do not knowingly keep accounts for anyone younger — if you tell us an account belongs to a minor, it gets deleted.

The 100-day practice is free. Every day, every prompt, your streak, your own history and the Day 100 recap — free for everyone, permanently. No part of the practice is ever going to sit behind a payment, and this paragraph is here so that promise survives a change of mind.

Supporting the app unlocks the AI Coach, which suggests a prompt chosen for you instead of the one everybody gets. That is the only thing money changes.

Untried suggests things to do in the real world. Every prompt is a suggestion, not an instruction, and you are the only person who can judge whether doing it is safe, legal and sensible where you are, on the day, in your situation. Skipping is a first-class answer and costs you nothing.

Do not use a prompt as a reason to break the law, trespass, harass anybody, put yourself somewhere dangerous, or push past a “no” from another person. If a prompt reads as an invitation to do any of that, it is a bug in our writing — send it to us.

This is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a substitute for any of them. It is a daily-practice app built on ideas from behavioural psychology, and it has never been clinically tested. If you are struggling with anxiety, distress or your mental health, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country now — this app is not the right thing to be looking at.

Anything that happens because you did something the app suggested is your responsibility, not ours.

Your entries, reflections and photos belong to you. We do not sell them, publish them, or use them to train anyone’s AI model.

What you write in the form is never shown to anyone else. The one thing that can reach another person is a day you tick to share, and only the people you have accepted as friends — see below.

You give us only the permission the app needs to work: to store what you write, show it back to you, and — where you ask for it — pass a photo to Google’s Gemini API so it can come back as pixel art. The privacy policy sets out exactly what goes where.

A share card is yours to post wherever you like. Making one is always your action, never an automatic one.

A friendship is mutual: someone asks, you accept, and either of you can end it at any time. Removing a friend also removes your shared days from their feed and theirs from yours.

When you log a day with the share box ticked, your friends see your username, your picture, which day of 100 you are on, the task itself and the photo if you added one. They do not see your answers to the form. The box is per day and you can untick it.

A username is claimed once and is yours. Do not take one that impersonates somebody else, and do not use the feed to harass, abuse or spam the people on it. We can free a username or close an account over either.

A contribution is a gift, not a purchase. It keeps the hosting, the domains and the Coach’s running costs paid.

Daily Brave is not a registered nonprofit, so a gift is not tax-deductible. Nothing in the app will suggest otherwise. If that ever changes, the where it goes page will say so.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. On your statement the charge reads DAILY BRAVE.

Gifts are non-refundable, with one exception we take seriously: if you were charged twice, charged an amount you did not intend, or charged by mistake, email hey@unfck.it and it will be refunded. No argument, no explanation needed.

A monthly contribution can be cancelled at any time, from the receipt Stripe emails you or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current month is not refunded, and the Coach stays on regardless.

Supporter status does not expire. One gift of any size unlocks the Coach for good, and a cancelled monthly never takes it away.

Do not attack, overload or probe the service; do not try to reach another person’s account or data; do not automate access to it; do not upload other people’s photos without their agreement, or anything illegal, abusive or sexual involving a minor. Do not impersonate anyone in a username, and do not send friend requests or shared days to harass someone. Accounts doing any of that get closed without notice.

Delete your account whenever you want, from the account screen. It removes your account and everything you logged, permanently and immediately — including your friendships, anything you had shared into other people’s feeds, and your username, which goes back into circulation for someone else to claim.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is not an emergency, we will say why first.

The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It is a small project run by a small company: it can go down, a notification can fail to arrive, and a feature can change or disappear. If we ever shut it down for good, we will give as much notice as we can and a way to take your entries with you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RL Now, inc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to whatever you have actually paid us in the twelve months before it — for almost everyone, that is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing here takes away consumer rights your own country gives you and does not let you sign away.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you use the app as a consumer somewhere else, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim there.

These terms can change — for a new feature, or because the law does. The date at the top always says when the version you are reading took effect, and a change that materially affects you will be flagged in the app rather than slipped in quietly. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
